ABOUT HOPE
I turn consumer insight into brands that win at scale.

For the past 15+ years, I’ve worked where consumer insight, culture, and business meet. I’m curious about what people need, what they care about, and what makes a brand feel like it belongs in their lives. My work is about turning that understanding into clear choices, good creative work, and brands that grow.
I’ve led brand portfolios, launched new brands, and helped familiar ones find their way forward. At Target, that has included Mondo Llama, dealworthy, and up&up, alongside work across Essentials, Beauty, and Hardlines. The projects vary, but the part I enjoy most stays the same: helping a team find the idea worth getting behind and making it real.
At Newell Brands, I led global brand strategy for WoodWick and helped build Yankee Candle through its first NYC pop-up, limited-edition collections, and seasonal programs. Earlier, I helped take iSlide from startup concept to $1M in first-year revenue and a feature on Shark Tank, shaping brand identity, product strategy, and major retail partnerships.
I started with a B.A. in Graphic Design from Massachusetts College of Art & Design and later completed a Certification in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School. Design taught me to look closely and make things with intention. Leading teams taught me how much better the work gets when people feel trusted, challenged, and heard. I bring both perspectives to everything I do.
What I keep coming back to is the same idea: the best brands are built by people who can hold guest insight, creative possibility, and commercial discipline in the same conversation. That’s the work I like doing, and the kind of teams I like building.
